Unwittingly, some habits are often done, can cause rapid tooth is damaged. Not only cause pain in the tooth itself, its impact also triggered various problems of the gum and even the jawbone.

Because erroneous assumptions, habits that often do not realize the danger. Chewing gum containing xyltol for example, is considered good for oral health but it can trigger sore jaw.

There are also some bad habits that never even occurred to the danger. For example snacking at night, biting your nails and breathe through your mouth, even apparently trivial but also causes problems no less serious.

Some people believe that with a hard brush, will make your teeth clean and white. This assumption must be changed, for brushing your teeth hard with a toothbrush using a rough surface, actually making teeth become painful and brittle.

Treating the teeth are rough and hard when brushing your teeth can be fatal. The presumption of brush hard with a rough brush to get white surface of the teeth and healthy must be changed. For healthy teeth are not going to get, but will make the tooth enamel to be vulnerable and might be bleeding gums.

The most important cleaning is done before bedtime.
