Exercise II. Next, you need to find out where your gag reflex starts. Simple way, try to brush the tip of your tongue where you still can tolerate without feeling like throwing up. Choose a brush with a small brush head. Do this every day at least once a day. If you feel comfortable with this movement, try to slowly move the brush a little deeper. At that point, brush his tongue slowly and hold about 10 seconds and force even though there might be feeling like throwing up. This process requires training, and repeat continuously for several days. Keep these points, until finally you can control your gag reflex at that point and start brushing the tongue deeper. In addition to the tongue, you can also do this exercise with the brush part of the ceiling in the back of your upper front teeth. Do it in the same manner. Try to combine this exercise with the exercise I, ie brushing their teeth with breathing through your nose, not through the mouth.
